SWISS PEELER Éplucheur set rouge et vert 2 pièces

I've had cheap peelers snap on me before, but the blade on these feels genuinely sturdy. Took the skin off a whole butternut squash without slipping once, and the two sizes mean I grab the small one for carrots.

I've had cheap peelers that shredded carrots into mush, but this one glides through potato skin and leaves almost nothing behind. The little eye-remover tip on the end is genuinely handy, and both colors mean I'm not hunting through the drawer mid-recipe.

The red one lives in the utensil drawer and the green one stays by the cutting board, so I never have to hunt for a peeler mid-recipe. Blades are still sharp after weeks of carrots and potatoes, and the handle doesn't slip even with wet hands.
