Essential Precision Tongs

I've had mine for a few weeks and it's become my go-to for flipping delicate fish fillets without them breaking apart. The angled tips make reaching into deep pans so much easier, and it's held up perfectly in the dishwasher so far.

The scalloped edges actually grip a slippery fillet instead of letting it shoot across the pan, which I didn't expect at this price. They lock closed with a firm click too, so they store flat in the drawer. Been reaching for them daily since they arrived.

These tongs have become the first thing I grab when plating or tossing a salad, and the scalloped edges actually grip slippery things instead of letting them slide. The spring action feels smooth after a few weeks of daily use, no sticking or wobble yet.
