The little cazo heats up evenly on my induction hob, which I wasn’t expecting from something this compact. I do wish the lid sat a bit tighter, but for everyday sauces and melting butter it’s been doing the job nicely.

The lid fits snugly, which is nice for simmering, but the handle gets a bit warm to the touch after a few minutes on medium heat. It works fine for basic sauces, just nothing amazing for the price.

The 1.5-liter size is fine for small sides, but I wish the 16 cm diameter was a bit wider for sautéing. It heats up evenly enough, but nothing about the build feels remarkably premium for the price.
