DUROMATIC® BRINOX/HOTEL Soupape avec socle

Finally, a saucepan set where the lids actually seal tight enough to keep steam in — the soupape works perfectly for slow cooking. The handles stay cool on the stove, which I really appreciate when moving pots around.

The pressure valve on this set is a game changer for slow cooking—once the pan seals, you can practically hear the difference in how evenly the heat distributes. I've used it every day since it arrived and the base stays perfectly stable on both gas and induction.

I was a bit skeptical about the valve mechanism, but it’s surprisingly easy to use and locks in heat perfectly while simmering sauces. The base is sturdy and doesn’t slide around on my glass stovetop. Definitely a solid upgrade for my cookware set.
