CULINARY FORGED Cuchillo de carne set 4 pzs

The handles have a nice weight that makes slicing roasts feel effortless, and the blades stayed razor-sharp after prepping a whole holiday meal. I was pleasantly surprised by how well they handle dense vegetables alongside meats.

Second set I've bought — these replaced ones I'd had for years, and the blade balance feels even better than my old ones. The handles are comfortable enough that prepping a whole roast dinner didn't tire my hand.

I’ve been using these knives every day for the past two weeks, and the weight is perfectly balanced—they really do feel like professional-grade tools. The blades slice through tomatoes without any squishing, and the set has exactly the right sizes for different meats.
