COLORI®+ Paring knife Hot & Spicy (Spices & Herbs)

I’ve been using this paring knife for a few weeks now, and the blade stays sharp enough to slice through dried herbs without crushing them. The handle has a nice grippy texture that feels secure even when my hands are a bit oily from prepping spices.

The little herb leaves and pepper flakes embedded in the handle are a clever touch—it's like having a tiny spice rack right in my hand. The blade is surprisingly nimble for mincing garlic and parsley, and the grip gives me real control. Definitely a step up from my old, plain knife.

I love how the colorful handle gives me a clear visual cue to grab this one for slicing chilies and garlic—makes food prep feel more intentional. The blade stays sharp enough to mince fresh herbs cleanly, and the compact size fits my hand perfectly for those small prep jobs.
