COLORI®+ Couteau d'office gris

Finally a paring knife that actually feels balanced in my hand for once, not top-heavy like my old one. The grey finish has held up beautifully after three weeks of daily veg prep, and it still glides through tomatoes without crushing them. It's become my go-to for all the fiddly jobs in the kitchen

The grey coating on this paring knife hasn't chipped at all after a month of daily use, which surprised me. It handles everything from peeling apples to mincing garlic with ease.

I bought this little paring knife for small jobs like hulling strawberries and it's become the one I reach for most. The colored handle is easy to spot in a crowded drawer, and the blade came properly sharp right out of the package.
