I was pleasantly surprised by how easily this julienne peeler glides through carrots—the blade cuts beautifully thin strips without any squishing. This little peeler is surprisingly sharp and the julienne attachment works perfectly for making quick carrot strips. The grey handle feels solid in my hand and doesn't slip even when wet.

It does exactly what a julienne peeler should, and the grey handle gives a nice grip even when my hands are wet. I just wish the blade guard were a bit sturdier, but the cuts come out even and clean.
