Brian Z. ★★★★★

The non-stick surface is excellent — my first batch of röstis slid right off without any oil sticking. The wooden board makes serving them at the table a nice touch too.

Julian H. ★★★★★

The wooden cutting board sits perfectly underneath, and the non-stick surface releases my rösti without any sticking. Cleanup was almost effortless.

George C. ★★★★★

The 19 cm size is perfect for a single crispy röstis, and the wooden planchette makes flipping it onto the plate feel almost ceremonial. Even the handle stays cool on the stove, which I didn't expect from such a compact pan.
