Abigail ★★★★★

The heat distribution is incredibly even across this 28 cm surface; I haven't had a hotspot yet. Cleanup is a breeze even after searing steaks on high heat.

Evelyn F. ★★★★★

I was skeptical about the weight, but it heats so evenly that my omelettes come out perfect every time now. The handle stays cool even when I'm searing at high heat, which honestly sold me on it.

Daniel ★★★★☆

The 28 cm diameter is perfect for making larger portions, and the non-stick surface works great for eggs. I do wish the handle stayed a bit cooler during longer cooking sessions.
