Alpina Induction Fondue Set, Cheese

The fondue pot sits perfectly stable on my induction hob, no wobbling at all, and the cheese stayed smooth the whole dinner. Cleanup was easier than I expected since nothing stuck to the inside.

The temperature dial on the base kept things bubbling gently through the whole fondue, and cleanup was surprisingly quick since the pot lifts right off. I've used it twice already this week and the even heat distribution really does make a difference with the cheese.

The cheese melted silkily without a single scorched spot on the bottom, and the set’s Swiss build quality really shows in how sturdy the pot feels on the burner. Cleanup was a breeze too, which makes mid-week fondue nights a lot more tempting.
