Benjamin N. ★★★★★

The heat distribution is incredibly even across this large pan, so I can fry a full batch of vegetables without any hot spots. It’s already become my go-to for stir-fries and searing meat.

Elizabeth ★★★★★

I’ve been cooking with this pan for a week, and the heat distribution is remarkably even across the 32 cm surface. It feels solid in the hand, and cleaning up after searing chicken was almost effortless.

Henry ★★★★★

The 32 cm diameter is perfect for searing large portions without crowding, and the heat distribution is incredibly even across the whole surface. I've been using it daily for weeks, and the uncoated stainless steel sears a steak just as well as my old cast iron.
