Hakmes rood

The red color is exactly as vibrant as shown, and the blade feels much more balanced than my old chef's knife. It cuts through vegetables like butter, making prep work a lot faster.

Bought this as a gift for my mom and the curved rocking blade makes mincing herbs almost effortless, honestly it's the easiest cleanup too since it's one solid piece. The red color is a nice pop in the drawer, and it's held up well through daily use for the past month.

The red handle catches my eye every time I reach for it, and the blade glides through vegetables with almost no effort. I've been using it daily for two weeks now and it's still just as sharp as day one, which honestly surprised me for the price.
