Finally got this fondue set and the ceramic pot heats up so evenly—no hot spots at all. Used it last night with a classic cheese mix and it kept everything perfectly melted for over an hour. Very happy with how sturdy the whole thing feels.

The plate is 21 cm which is a decent size, though I found it a bit smaller than I expected for the price. The surface feels well-made and sturdy, but there was a tiny chip near the edge right out of the box. It works fine for serving cheese or small desserts, just not flawless.
