SWISS KNIFE Rüstmesser Wellenschliff grau

The serrated edge glides through ripe tomatoes without crushing them, which is exactly what I needed for my daily salads. It feels well-balanced in hand, and the blade has held its sharpness through a week of heavy use.

The scalloped edge on this knife is a game-changer for slicing through tomatoes without crushing them. I've used it every day since it arrived and it still feels incredibly sharp. A solid upgrade for anyone who cooks regularly.

The grey handle has a nice matte texture that gives a secure grip even when my hands are slightly wet. It keeps a sharp edge well through several weeks of regular vegetable prep. Only wish the blade were just a touch longer for larger squash.
