SILVER STAR Braadpan ongecoat Ø 20 cm

I was pleasantly surprised by how evenly it heats up across the bottom—no more hot spots when I'm searing vegetables. The handle stays cool enough to grip without a mitt, which is great for quick tossing.

The uncoated surface takes a proper sear without any of the non-stick fuss, and cleanup is just a quick scrub under hot water. It’s lightweight enough to flip pancakes with one wrist, though you do have to keep oil handy for eggs.

This pan heats so evenly that my omelettes come out perfect every time, no hot spots at all. The 20 cm size is exactly right for single servings or a quick side dish. Cleanup is a breeze with just a quick rinse, which I honestly didn't expect from an uncoated pan.
