HOTPAN® livre de cuisine anglais

I was surprised how evenly the pans heat, no hot spots even on my electric stove, and the lids fit so snugly they barely let steam escape. Cleanup has been a breeze too, just a quick wipe.

The set feels solid and well-balanced, and the lids fit snugly without rattling. I’m happy with how evenly the heat spreads when simmering, though I wish the outer packaging had been a bit more protective for shipping.

Finally, a non-stick pan that actually works — I fried an egg with almost no oil and it slid right off. The heat distribution is noticeably even across the whole surface, which makes a huge difference for my stir-fries. Only had it a week but I’m already impressed with how sturdy it feels.
