DUROTHERM® PRO Black Kookpan 2.0 L · Ø 18cm

The 2-liter capacity is perfect for batch cooking soups, and the 18cm diameter fits snugly on my smallest burner without wobbling. Cleanup is a breeze too, nothing sticks to the surface after a quick soak.

Bought this to replace an old scratched-up pot, and the lid sealing on the 2-liter size is a huge relief for slow cooking. The 18-centimeter width fits perfectly on my smallest burner, so no wasted heat. It's a solid Swiss-made workhorse that cleans up without a fight.

This pot heats so evenly that my tomato sauce never scorches on the bottom. The 2-liter capacity is perfect for cooking for two with leftovers, and the lid fits snugly without rattling. I've used it almost daily for a month and the black coating still looks brand new.
