COLORI®+ Keukenmes gekarteld Fresh & Cool (Spices & Herbs)

The serrated edge glides through fresh basil without bruising the leaves, which is exactly what I needed for herb prep. The bright color also makes it easy to spot in my knife drawer, and it’s held its edge well after a month of daily use.

I was a little skeptical about the color, but it actually makes the knife easy to spot in my drawer. The blade is really sharp and handled a full bunch of basil with no bruising.

The serrated edge on this herb knife cuts through basil and parsley without bruising them, which is a game-changer for fresh garnishes. The blade stays sharp through weekly use, and the handle feels secure even with wet hands. Exactly what I needed for precise kitchen prep.
