COLORI®+ Paring knife set 2 pcs

For a knife that costs less than my morning coffee, the edge retention is genuinely impressive—I've been using the smaller one daily for two weeks and it still glides through tomatoes like they're butter. The Swiss engineering really shows in how balanced and comfortable they feel in hand.

These little paring knives came insanely sharp right out of the box, which made dicing a shallot feel effortless. The blades are surprisingly rigid for their size, and I love how easily they fit into my knife block.

The ergonomic handles give me a secure grip even when my hands are wet from washing fruit. Both blades sliced through a butternut squash with zero resistance. Exactly what I needed for precise prep work.
