The little hook on the lid is a nice touch, it keeps the utensil from sliding into the pot. Cleanup was surprisingly quick after our raclette night, no stubborn residue stuck to the surface.

The lid sits flush and doesn’t rattle at all when I stir the cheese—the fit is clearly well engineered. I’ve used it for two family fondues already and the heat distribution feels even, so no scorching on the bottom. Exactly the kind of solid, premium piece I’d expect for the price.
