ALLROUND Grillpan ongecoat Ø 27 x 27 cm

Seasoned this pan properly and it handled a ribeye beautifully — the square shape gives you more real estate than my old round pan. The uncoated surface is already developing a nice patina after just a few uses, making cleanup easier than I expected.

First cookout with it and the uncoated surface seared a perfect crust on two steaks without any sticking, even at high heat. Cleanup was just hot water and a quick wipe, which I didn't expect from a pan this heavy-duty.

The square shape is great for grilling multiple items at once, and the heat distribution is incredibly even across the whole surface. Cleanup was surprisingly easy for an uncoated pan—just a quick scrub with a stiff brush and it was good as new.
