ALLROUND Braadpannenset ongecoat Ø 24 + 28 cm

I was worried about sticking with an uncoated pan, but the 28 cm one seared a perfect steak with a beautiful crust on the first try. The handles stay surprisingly cool during cooking, which makes handling them a lot more comfortable.

The 24 cm pan heats up so evenly that my omelettes come out perfect every time, and the 28 cm one handles a full family stir-fry without any hot spots. The stainless steel handles stay cool on the stove, which is a nice practical touch.

The 28 cm pan is just the right size for a whole fish, and the heat distribution is perfectly even across both pans. I've been using them daily for a week now, and the uncoated surface is already developing a nice patina.
