SWISS PEELER Éplucheur gris

This peeler makes quick work of even the toughest tomato skins—the blade is razor-sharp and the ergonomic handle keeps my hand from cramping after peeling a whole bag of potatoes.

The handle hasn't slipped once, even with wet hands, which is more than I can say for my old peeler. It's survived the dishwasher for two months now with no rust on the blade.

The blade on this peeler is still razor sharp after two months of daily use on carrots and potatoes. It fits my hand better than the bulky one I had before, and cleanup takes about five seconds under the tap.
