I've been using this scraper for a couple weeks now, and the blade is sturdy enough to handle stubborn baked-on messes without scratching my nonstick pans. It's become my go-to tool for cleaning up after roasting vegetables.

This little scraper handles burnt-on cheese from baking sheets better than anything else I've tried. The thin edge is rigid enough to work without bending out of shape.

Picked one up for cleaning sticky dough off my counter and the stainless steel blade is sharp enough to scrape dried flour without scratching the surface. It’s thin, sturdy, and feels solid in the hand.
