The uncoated surface handles high heat without any smoke or sticking, which surprised me for a pan this size. It’s heavy enough to feel solid, yet I can still toss vegetables easily. Cooking for two, the 24 cm diameter is just right, though I wish it came with a lid.

The first steak I cooked in it came out with a perfect crust — the uncoated surface really lets the heat hit directly, and cleanup was just hot water and a brush. It's a solid pan for the price, and I can tell it's going to last.
