ICED Utility knife

I’ve been using this utility knife for a week now, and the ergonomic handle makes all the difference when chopping vegetables. The blade keeps its edge way longer than my old one, and it feels perfectly balanced in hand.

Finally, a paring knife that actually holds its edge after a week of heavy use. The handle is comfortable even when my hands are wet from washing veggies.

Cuts through squash and potatoes like butter, but I wish the blade lock was a bit more secure. It’s light and easy to handle, though.
