ICED Santoku knife

I was surprised by how effortlessly it slices through tomatoes without crushing them—the ultra-sharp edge really holds up. The ergonomic handle feels secure even with wet hands, which makes prep work noticeably faster.

The balance on this santoku is spot-on, and it glides through tomatoes without shredding them, which is my usual test. I've reached for it more than any other knife in the block since it arrived.

The handle feels a bit slippery when wet, which is annoying during prep work, but the blade itself cuts through vegetables cleanly and stays sharp. It's a decent knife for the price, though I've had better grip on others.
