ICED Couteau de chef petit

The colored blade really stands out in my knife block, and it slices through tomatoes without crushing them. Cleanup is a breeze, too.

This little chef's knife is surprisingly sharp right out of the box and feels well-balanced in my hand. The color almost makes me look forward to chopping vegetables.

The blade keeps a nice edge after several weeks of regular chopping, though the handle could be a bit more ergonomic for longer prep sessions. I’ve been using it mostly for vegetables and it handles them well without much drag.
