The blade arrived incredibly sharp—I sliced through a tomato without crushing it, which rarely happens with my old knives. The handle is a bit lighter than I’d like, but for the price it’s a solid everyday workhorse.

The handle feels well-balanced and the blade came razor sharp out of the box. It slices through tomatoes and herbs effortlessly, though I wish the edge retention lasted a bit longer between honing sessions.

Handle is comfortable enough for everyday chopping, but the blade doesn't hold its edge as long as I'd hoped after a few weeks. It's okay for basic veggie prep, just nothing special.
