에센셜 웍 스파툴라

The curved edge actually fits the slope of my wok, so I can scoop right into the corners instead of chasing food around. Handle stays cool even when I'm cooking on high heat, which I didn't expect at this price.

I've been stir-frying almost every night since this arrived and it's become the one utensil I reach for without thinking. The wide flat edge really does scoop everything up cleanly, no food left stuck in the corners of the pan. Feels sturdy too, not flimsy like the last one I had.

The angled head reaches into my deep wok without scraping the sides, and it feels solid enough to flip a heavy stir-fry without bending. Cleanup is quick too, just a rinse and it’s ready for the next dish.
