ESSENTIAL Schwingbesen Silikon gross

I was skeptical about the size at first, but the silicone head covers so much more surface area than my old metal whisk. Cleanup is literally a quick rinse and it's ready to go again.

Finally, a whisk that won't scratch my non-stick pans – the silicone is thick enough to handle heavy batters but still flexible around edges. Cleans up in seconds under running water, too.

The silicone head is stiffer than I expected, which actually makes it perfect for scraping down the sides of a bowl without bending out of shape. Cleans up in seconds under hot water, and the size feels right for both whisking and stirring.
