이지 프로 소테 팬 (헬퍼 핸들) 28cm

The helper handle on this pan makes a real difference when I’m moving it off the stove with one hand—it’s balanced and sturdy, not flimsy like on cheaper pans. Searing chicken came out even and the 28cm size fits a full dinner batch without overcrowding. Solid Swiss quality that earns its price.

I was skeptical about the 28cm size being unwieldy, but the helper handle makes lifting it with one hand while draining pasta totally manageable. The pan heats evenly across the whole surface, and after a month of daily use it still looks as good as the day it arrived.

The 28cm size is perfect for family dinners, and the helper handle gives me a secure grip when I’m draining pasta one-handed. Heats evenly across the base, so my stir-fries come out consistent every time. Feels solid, like it’ll last years.
