DUROTHERM® Ventouse pour couvercle

The suction mechanism is incredibly strong—once I press it down, I can actually lift the pan by the lid alone. It's made a huge difference in keeping steam in while simmering soups.

The lids line up perfectly with my pans, so nothing steams over when I cook at higher heat. Wish the set included a smaller frypan, but the weight distribution on the larger ones feels solid.

I use this suction handle on my heaviest pots when draining pasta, and it hasn't slipped once. The release tab is so easy to flip even with wet hands, which is a huge plus for me.
