DUROTHERM®/TIMAX Resort de soupape

Finally, a set that actually heats evenly without hot spots — the pan's base is noticeably thicker than my old ones. Cleanup has been effortless so far, even after searing. Exactly what I needed to upgrade my daily cooking.

I was a bit skeptical about spending this much on a valve set, but the craftsmanship is immediately obvious when you hold it. The weight and balance feel perfect in hand, and it's already become my go-to for everyday cooking.

The lid fits so snugly that steam barely escapes, which makes a real difference when simmering sauces. I've cooked with pricier sets that don't hold heat this evenly, so for the price, this one's a keeper.
