COLORI®+ Paring knife grey

I love how the handle feels perfectly weighted in my hand—much more balanced than my old paring knife. It’s made quick work of trimming strawberries and shallots without slipping. The grey finish hides fingerprints nicely too.

Picked this up for precise slicing and the handle’s textured grip really keeps my hand steady even when wet. It makes quick work of shallots without any slipping.

Out of the box it sliced through a tomato like it was nothing, and the grey handle has a nice matte grip even when my hands are wet. Feels solid for a small knife, and it’s already the one I grab for all the fiddly prep work.
