COLORI®+ Chef's knife red

Used it to prep a full veggie platter last night and the blade glided through bell peppers like butter. The handle is really comfortable too, even after chopping for a while. First time using a Swiss-made knife and it definitely lives up to the reputation.

The red handle is actually a nice pop of color in my kitchen, and it feels well-balanced in my hand. I've used it daily for two weeks now and the blade still glides through tomatoes without squishing them.

The blade holds its edge nicely through a week of meal prep, and the red handle is grippy even when my hands are wet. Only reason for four stars is the blade guard is a bit snug to slide on and off.
