카클롱 바슈 클로슈 도르 Ø 23 cm

The enamel coating is a dream to clean—even the cheese residue from last night's raclette wiped off effortlessly. It holds heat beautifully for seconds.

The heat distribution is so even that my cheese sauce never clumps, and the handle stays cool even after twenty minutes on the burner. I've used it three weekends in a row now, and cleanup is just a quick soak.

I was a bit hesitant about the price, but the heavy cast iron construction really does hold heat perfectly for a whole fondue session. The 23 cm size is just right for two people, and it cleans up much easier than my old pot.
