카켈론 인덕션 주철 검정 알프스 목초지 Ø 24 cm

After three New Year’s parties, the cast iron distributes heat so evenly that our cheese never scorches. The induction compatibility was a pleasant surprise—it works perfectly on my modern stove. This 24 cm size is just right for four people.

We’ve had this fondue set through two full dinners now and the heat distribution across the cast iron is remarkably even, with no scorching on the cheese. The 24 cm diameter is just right for four generous dippers.

I was a bit worried about the weight, but the cast iron heats so evenly on our induction stove that it's worth the extra muscle to carry it to the table. The fondue stayed perfectly melted for over an hour without any hot spots.
