카켈론 인덕션 주철 검정 Ø 24 cm

The induction base heats up evenly enough that the cheese never scorches on the bottom, even on my finicky stove. Cleanup is a breeze since the black cast iron seasoning holds up well, though it’s heavier than I expected for a 24 cm pot.

The lid fits so snugly that barely any steam escapes, and the cast iron distributes heat without a single hotspot. Made our first fondue night effortless, and it cleans up surprisingly well for such a heavy piece.

This pot is heavy and heats perfectly evenly on my induction stove, which makes all the difference for cheese fondue. The 24 cm size is just right for two people. Very happy with how well it holds the heat.
