Caquelon Alpaufzug Ø 20 cm

The ceramic surface heats so evenly that the cheese never scorches at the bottom, even when I forget to stir for a minute. Cleanup took less time than the actual meal prep, which never happens with my old pot.

The ceramic interior is perfectly smooth, so the cheese doesn’t stick or burn, and the 20 cm size is just right for two of us. It heats evenly on our stove, and the fondue turned out silky and consistent from start to finish.

It does the job for a basic fondue night, though the pot feels a bit heavier than I expected when full. The 20 cm size is fine for two people, but I wish the heat distribution were a touch more even around the edges.
