TITANIO STAR グリルパン 直径28×28cm

The square shape is great for searing multiple steaks at once without overcrowding. Cleanup was surprisingly simple compared to my old grill pan.

I was impressed by how evenly this pan heats across the entire 28 cm surface — no more hot spots when grilling peppers. The slightly heavier feel than my old pan gives it a solid, quality balance when flipping food.

The grill marks it leaves on vegetables are so even and professional-looking, I almost don't need a separate grill pan. Cleanup was surprisingly quick too, just a quick wipe with a paper towel after it cooled down.
