SWISS Schaumkelle

The handle stays perfectly cool even when I'm skimming hot stock from a bubbling pot, and the slotted head glides through the foam without bending. It's become my go-to for frothing milk and lifting dumplings out of broth.

This slotted spoon has a really nice weight to it, not flimsy at all, and the slots make draining pasta effortless. I've been using it every day this week and it's already simplified my cooking routine.

The holes are a good size for letting excess liquid drain, and it holds up well to stirring thick stews without bending. I wish the handle had a slightly more comfortable grip, but overall it does exactly what I need it to.
