SMART & COMPACT フライパン φ20cm

Bought this as a smaller pan for single servings, and the non-stick surface actually works perfectly for eggs without any oil. The compact size is ideal for quick sautéing without taking up too much stove space.

I was worried a 20 cm pan would feel too small, but it’s just right for quick stir-fries and single portions. The non-stick surface lets me use almost no oil, and cleanup takes seconds.

The handle stays cool even when I’m cooking on high, which is a relief since I’ve burned myself before. It’s the perfect size for a single omelet or a quick sauce, and clean-up takes seconds. Glad I finally upgraded my old scratched-up pan.
