Took it out for our first raclette night and the burner holds the flame steady enough that the cheese never burnt, even with three of us dipping at once. The stainless steel wiped clean in seconds after the meal, which is more than I can say for my last setup.

The stainless steel burner feels solid and well-balanced, and it heated up evenly during our whole fondue night without any flickering. Cleanup was simple too, just a quick wipe down.

The flame adjustment dial is precise and easy to control, which made our cheese fondue night much smoother. I just wish the burner came with a clear stand for smaller pots.
