プロ仕様キッチン鋏プラス

The serrated blade on this scissors cuts through chicken bones and thick herbs without any slipping, and the whole thing feels solid in my grip. I used it for prepping a whole roast chicken and it handled everything effortlessly. Definitely a sturdy tool for heavy kitchen work.

The handle feels well-balanced in my hand, and it cuts through chicken bones without me having to put in much force. I've used it every day for two weeks now and it still hasn't dulled, which is more than I can say for my old pair.

This blade is noticeably sharper than my old scissors even on thick cardboard. It cuts through chicken bones like butter, which is exactly what I needed for prepping stock.
