The blades cut through chicken bones cleanly without any wobble, which is exactly what I needed for breaking down whole birds. This is my third pair in five years and they still hold up better than any kitchen scissors I've owned.

I was pleasantly surprised by how smoothly these cut through a bunch of fresh herbs and even trimmed some thick butcher paper. The handle’s grip feels solid and well-balanced, making repetitive snipping much easier on my hands.

Used these shears to spatchcock a chicken and they cut through the bones cleanly, though the handles feel a little slick when wet. The durable construction is definitely there, but a rubber grip would make them perfect.
