ペアリングナイフ カラリ セレーテッド レッド - バルク

The red handle is surprisingly comfortable for extended chopping sessions, and the serrated edge slices through an avocado cleanly without tearing the flesh. I've already used it for three meals and it holds its bite better than my old knives.

The serrated edge cuts through tomato skins cleanly without crushing them, which is exactly what I needed. My only small gripe is that the red handle feels slightly slick when wet.

I bought this for my daily fruit prep and the serrated edge cuts through tomato skins without crushing them, which is a big plus. The red handle is easy to spot in my utensil drawer, though I wish the blade was a bit longer for bigger tasks.
