JAMPUR 鋳鉄製ウォック Ø 36 cm

Heats up so evenly that my stir-fry vegetables are perfectly crisp and not burnt in spots. The 36 cm size is great for cooking for the whole family at once.

I've been using this 36 cm cast iron wok almost daily for stir-fries, and the heat retention is fantastic for getting that perfect sear on vegetables. It seasoned up nicely after just a couple uses, and the large diameter gives me plenty of room to toss ingredients without spilling.

The 36 cm size is great for big batches, and the cast iron holds heat well once it's going, but the seasoning was a bit patchy out of the box. Took a few uses with extra oil to get it non-stick, feels like it needs more care than I expected.
