ICED Santokumesser

The knife arrived incredibly sharp—I sliced through a butternut squash with almost no effort, which is rare. The colorful handle adds a nice pop to my kitchen, and it feels sturdy during use.

The handle feels perfectly weighted in my hand, making chopping herbs feel effortless. It’s kept its razor edge well through a week of meal prep without any noticeable dulling.

The blade glides through veggies like butter, and the handle gives a secure grip even when my hands are wet from rinsing produce. I've been using it daily for two weeks now and it still feels as sharp as day one.
